Element Launches Comprehensive Emissions Testing Services in the Netherlands

Element is excited to announce the launch of its emissions testing services in the Netherlands. The expansion into emissions testing further solidifies Element's commitment to providing comprehensive environmental analysis solutions to industries across Europe. These solutions support customers in reducing their environmental impact and help them reach their sustainability goals.


Element Reveals $10m New Connected Technologies Laboratory in Surrey

Element has committed $10m to support the latest technological advancements in consumer electronics, with a new connected technologies laboratory near Guildford, England. The facility, named Element Surrey Hills, is a purpose-built location in the UK fitted with state-of-the-art equipment and infrastructure. The 25,000 sq. ft greenfield facility has been constructed with the support of a leading global technology manufacturer to help get their products to market faster in Europe.


Element Invests $8 Million into New Nuclear Division

Element has invested $8 million to enhance its Huntsville, Alabama testing facilities. This strategic move strengthens its position in emerging small modular reactor (SMR) nuclear energy testing. The new large-scale testing chambers at Huntsville will be unmatched globally. The chambers are engineered to simulate the extreme temperatures and pressures of advanced SMR systems currently under development. In comparison to conventional reactors, SMRs operate at higher temperatures and pressure conditions. The chambers are meticulously designed to test components and systems operating at pressures of up to 1600 psi and temperatures of up to 800°C, surpassing capabilities found anywhere else in the world.
